The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confessional statement of co-accused Jitendra Mahato @ Jitendra Yadav who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 2033 of 2026. The petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2026. Though the petitioner has got criminal antecedents but regard being had to the manner of his implication, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamtara, in connection with Karmatanr P.S.
