Since, Ms. “D.K.” is not in illegal detention, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed. Being major, she is liberty to go wherever she desires. Office is directed to pay the demand draft to Ms. “D.K.” deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 22.01.2026 forthwith. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
