This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking leave of the Court to incorporate corrections in the cause title of the accompanied writ petition being WP(C) No. 5877/2025. Page No.# 4/5 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that in the said writ petition, the Respondents No. 2 and 4 has been wrongly arrayed as “Higher Education”, when it should be arrayed as “Secondary Education”. The learned counsel for the petitioner therefore submits that this application be allowed, and the corrections be permitted to be incorporated. The learned Standing Counsel for the Higher Education, Mr. A. R. Tahbildar, as also Ms. N. Hazarika, learned Standing Counsel for the Finance Department does not object to the prayer made. Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands allowed. Therefore, the Opposite Party No. 2 and 4 are permitted to be arrayed as Respondents No. 2 and 4 respectively, namely: I. The Commissioner and Secretary, to the Government of Assam, Education (Secondary) Department, which is now re- nomenclatured as “Department of School Education, and II. The Director of Secondary Education, Government of Assam, In place of the Commissioner and Secretary, to the Government of Assam, Education (Higher) Department and the Director of Higher Education respectively.
