Act / Additional Session Judge, Court No.2, Etawah in Bail Application No. 1172 of 2026 (Ramanbabu Yadav @ Himanshu Vs. State of U.P.), arising out of Case Crime No. 97 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 109(1) of BNS and 3(2)(da), 3(1)(dha), 3(2)(v), 3(2)Va) of SC/ST (P.A.) Act, 1989, Police Station Ikdil, District Etawah and with a further prayer to release the appellant on bail during the pendency of trial. 7. The said withdrawal application No. 5 of 2026 dated 15.09.2026 is being pressed by learned counsel for the appellant to submit that the present appeal U/s 14A(2) of the SC/ST Act be dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
