It has been informed that the petitioner is interested in prosecuting the matter. However, learned counsel for the petitioner 2026:JHHC:2493 2 C.M.P No.67 of 2026 has submitted that it is the mistake of the advocate on record in the said writ petition and for that the client may not be allowed to suffer. 4. As such, he has sought permission to withdraw the said writ petition with a liberty to file afresh one with better particulars so that the grievance of the petitioner may be considered by the Court. 5. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the nature of dispute, the present C.M.P stands allowed. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.6670 of 2023 is hereby, resorted to its original file. 6. In view of the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition being W.P.(C) No.6670 of 2023 is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
