Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-father submits that the petitioner-father has not been able to meet the two minor children, i.e., a girl aged 14 years and a boy aged 07 years, for the last one and a half years. 2. However, the respondent-Ms. Amita Yadav is present in Court along with both the minor children. 3. On pointed query, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-father submits that the petitioner-father was present in Court, but he has already left the Court premises on account of some official work. 4. The respondent-mother, who is present in Court, submits that she has no objection if the children meet with the petitioner-father. 5. The minor daughter, who is present before this Court, submits that she Digitally Signed By:HARIOM SHARMA Signing Date:14.08.2026 18:14:56 Signature Not Verified is currently studying in Class X, and she would be comfortable with meeting the petitioner-father in the presence of the respondent-mother. 6. This Court is further informed that the petitioner-father has not paid the school fees of the minor children for approximately last four months. 7. Accordingly, the following directions are issued: I. The petitioner-father shall clear the arrears of school fees of the minor children, forthwith. II. The petitioner father shall continue to make regular payments towards the school fees of the minor children. III. As agreed before this Court, the minor children shall meet the petitioner-father in the presence of the respondent-mother on every 01st Sunday of each month at Vegas Mall, Dwarka, between 12:00 PM to 02:00 PM. IV. In case, on any Sunday, it is not possible for the children to meet the petitioner-father, due prior intimation shall be given by the respondent-mother. In that eventuality, the visitation shall be fixed, with the consent of both the parties, on some other convenient date. V. Any belongings of the children, including their school bags, toys or clothes shall be handed over by the petitioner-father to the children on their next meeting. 8.
