Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG has apprised this Court that a local MLA is also a Chairperson of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) in its ex-officio capacity. 2. In the light of this status of local MLA vis-à-vis Chairperson of Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS), forwarding of the copy of an order No. BMO/B/HDF/26/264-66 dated 18.05.2026 has been accounted for and this Court is satisfied. 3. This petition was found to be without any merit, in terms of an order dated 22.05.2026, but only for this aspect to be confirmed from the Block Medical Officer (BMO), Bishnah, as to in which capacity the copy of said order was forwarded to the MLA, Bishnah Constituency, this writ petition is, thus, dismissed, considering that the impugned order in no manner prejudices the Supplementary list Serial No. 133 2 WP(C) No. 1492/2026 petitioner, be it in terms of his position and posting as a Block Accounts Manager (BAM). 4.
