The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Ranchi Cyber P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(B),66(C),66(D) of I.T. Act 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from the F.I.R there is no evidence to make out that the petitioner has cheated the informant or created any forged document and the petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.09.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 16.09.2025; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above- 2026:JHHC:7155 2 named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.J.C., II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Cyber P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
