The   present   application   has   been   moved   in decided RSA No. 119 of 2023, which was dismissed by this Court on 30.12.2025. As per the application, the decreetal amount of Rs. 6,50,000/­ along with interest be released in favour of applicant Rajesh Sood.  As per the report of Registry, the   decreetal   amount   i.e.   Rs.   6,50,000/­   has   been deposited. Despite   sufficient   opportunities,   reply   to   the application has not been filed, meaning thereby, they have nothing to say against the prayer as made in the application. Considering the fact that after the dismissal of the appeal sufficient time has been lapsed.   As such, there   is   no   justification   to   decline   the   prayer   of   the applicant. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the amount so deposited by the non­applicants is ordered to be   released   along   with   upto   date   interest,   to   the applicant.  The amount so released shall be remitted to the bank account of the applicant, particular of which have been mentioned in para 4, of the application. Application accordingly disposed of. It  is  further  clarified  that  the  release  of  the amount is subject to the outcome of the appeal, if any, the   non­applicants   would   prefer   before   the   Hon’ble Supreme Court.
