Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator is extended retrospectively with effect from 02.08.2025 till 30.11.2026, to enable the learned Arbitrator to pronounce the award. 9. The learned Sole Arbitrator shall endeavour to render the arbitral award within the extended period. 10. The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 11.
