The respondent no.2 is present in court today and is identified by IO/SI Sher Singh. I have spoken with respondent no.2 in Hindi and it is stated by him that he has compromised all disputes with the petitioner. It is specifically submitted by respondent no. 2 that he received a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- as compensation from MACT and a further sum of Rs.35,000/- from the present petitioner. Respondent no.2 submits that now he does not wish to continue prosecution of petitioner. 4. Having spoken with respondent no.2, I am satisfied that it would be in the interest of justice not to push the parties through full dress trial. 5. Therefore, the petition is allowed and FIR No. 19/2019 of Police Station Ghazipur, Delhi for offence under Section 279/338 IPC as well as proceedings arising out of the same are quashed.
