No.84/2025 registered with the Police Station Transport Nagar (Jaipur City (East)), District Jaipur City (East) for offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2) and 308(2) of B.N.S., 2023. 2. Heard. 3. Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the case diary. 4. The allegation against the accused-petitioner is of torturing the other children while he was in observation home. 5. It has been brought to the notice of this Court that as [2026:RJ-JP:3469] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-328/2026] many as twenty other criminal cases are pending against the present accused-petitioner. 6. Taking into consideration the allegations against the accused-petitioner of committing crime while he was in observation home and the number of criminal cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused- petitioner on bail. 7.
