Senior Civil Judge and CJM, Tumakuru vide Annexure-D. 2. The petitioner has an equal efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The petitioner, without exhausting the equal efficacious remedy, has filed this writ petition. Hence, this petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable. 3.
