JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "PRAYER Quash/Set aside the impugned common order dated 29.12.2020 in SA 322/2018 and SA 135/2019, passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal - II, Bengaluru (ANNEXURE - "A")" 2. Initially, interim order was granted in the year 2022 and it was extended until 23.07.2024. Thereafter, on 09.01.2026 and 04.03.2026, the interim order is not extended and on 04.03.2026, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners, this Court directed to list this matter for dismissal on 05.03.2026. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has no instructions from the petitioners. It is submitted that despite his best efforts, he is unable to contact the petitioners.
