Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. This case relates to theft of motorcycle. The F.I.R. is against unknown. 5. It is alleged that the petitioners were arrested in relation to Kuchai P.S. Case No.41 of 2024. When they confessed, on the basis of their confessional statements they have been made accused in this case. It is further alleged that on the basis of the confessional statement of these petitioners several stolen motorcycles were recovered. 6. Though there is recovery on confessional statement of the petitioner, but the fact remains that they are not named in the F.I.R. and they have been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement in Kuchai P.S. Case No.41 of 2024. It is also clear that chargesheet has already been submitted in this case and they are in custody since 01.03.2025. 7. Considering the period of custody which is more than one year and the fact that chargesheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to grant bail to these petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella in connection with Adityapur Police Station Case No.412 of 2024, corresponding to S.T.
