The petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the following relief(s): “10.1 To kindly set aside/quash the impugned order/show cause notice dated 06.10.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed by the Respondent No. 3; 10.2 To kindly direct the Respondent No. 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry into the matter and take disciplinary actions against the respondent No. 4 and 5; 10.3 To impose appropriate cost on the Respondent authorities for illegally passing the impugned order / show cause notice and for harassing and humiliating the petitioner. 10.4 Any other relief(s), direction(s), which Hon’ble the Court deems fit, and proper, in the circumstances of the case.” 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. 4.
