Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Pawan Kumar Singh who is in custody since 13.10.2025 in connection with Katras P.S. Case No. 362 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 61(2), 111(3) and 111(4) of the BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that no principal offence is stated in the FIR and this petitioner has been roped into the case only on the ground of suspicion that he was engaged in the criminal gang of Prince Khan and his role was of receiving crime proceed in his account. It is also submitted that main accused Abhishek Pandey @ Akku has already been granted bail in B.A. No. 11753 of 2025 from this Court. He has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
