[2026:RJ-JP:3396] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-368/2026] appearing today in the Court. Mr. Kuldeep Bairwa and Mr. Pavan Kumar Meena have submitted photocopy of their Aadhar Card. 2. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.401/2025, registered at Police Station Chhipabarod, District Baran for the offences under Section 8/21 of NDPS Act. 3. It is contended by the son and brother of the accused- petitioners that the quantity of contraband article recovered from the possession of accused-petitioner- Lokesh is below commercial quantity. It is also contended that the accused-petitioners are in custody since long and there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail applications of the accused- petitioners may be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications and submitted the factual report. The same is taken on record. 5. Heard and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the fact that the quantity recovered from the possession of petitioner- Lokesh is below commercial quantity. The petitioner- Ramswaroop has alleged to have committed offence under Section 8/29 of NDPS Act. No recovery of any contraband article was effected from the petitioner- Ramswaroop.
There are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners, therefore, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. [2026:RJ-JP:3396] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-368/2026]
