Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner is only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that the plaintiff, who is suffering from mental illness, for which, she wanted to refer her for medical examination with regard to mental illness. To that effect, an application was filed in the year 2023, but the trial judge has simply adjourned the matter and so far it was not considered. So, he wanted for speedy disposal of the said application. 4. On seeing the facts, all these years, the case was simply adjourned and now, the age of revision petitioner is 63 years old senior citizen.
