1 WP-7972-2026.odt IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO.7972 OF 2026 [Sudhir S/o Dharmaraj Budhe and others Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others] Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders of directions Court's or Judge's order and Registrar's orders. Shri Anish Kathane, Counsel for Petitioners. Ms K.P. Marpakwar, Assistant Government Pleader for Respondents. CORAM : ANIL S. KILOR AND RAJNISH R. VYAS , JJ. D ATE : 6 th OCTOBER, 2026 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. During the course of arguments, the controversy in the present petition boils down to the prayer clause (III), whereby the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent-authorities to decide their representation dated 15th June, 2026. It is submitted that, if such a direction is issued, the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed at this stage. 3. Since the prayer is innocuous, we direct the respondent No.5 to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 15th June, 2026, in accordance with law after granting an opportunity of hearing to all affected parties, as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within a period of ten weeks from today. 4. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. (RAJNISH R. VYAS, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) LANJEWAR 2026:BHC-NAG:13275-DB
