The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2025 for the alleged offences registered under sections 65(1) 61(2) 75(2) 351(2) of BNS and under section 4(2), 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Spl. Judge POCSO at Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner happened to be owner of Kailash @ Doremon Hotel and the allegations are made that one of the rooms of the said hotel was occupied by persons, who are in relationship. He submits that one of the co-accused, who is employee of the said hotel has been granted regular bail in B.A. No.11100 of 2025. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2025. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of utilizing the said hotel for immoral act. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the owner of the said hotel and 2026:JHHC:902 2 allegations of sexual abuse is not against this petitioner, consented parties have occupied the room. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2025 and one of the co-accused has been granted regular bail, I am inclined to release the petitioner on regular bail. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl.
