In furtherance to the observations of this Court as made in the order dated 02.06.2026, Mr. Ajay Vaid, learned counsel for the petitioner comes forward apprising this Court that the petitioner intends to pursue her cause in the present petition. 02. The petitioner, through the medium of this writ petition, is seeking to excuse herself from performing the assignment of Supervisor for Census 2027 by citing her purported health ground. 03. If the petitioner is serving her duty by reference to her parent employment as being teacher posted in Government Middle School Kheri, Tehsil Bishnah while Serial No. 60 Supplementary List-1 2 WP(C) No. 1596/2026 being a resident of Jammu, the petitioner can very well perform the assignment of Supervisor for Census 2027 which is an exercise meant for serving the cause of Nation and is to be carried out by engagements of the public servants/officials as the State/UT or for that matter the Union of India has no other option of entrusting the responsibility into the private hands, as such, this Court does not find any good ground for entertaining this writ petition, as such, the same is accordingly, dismissed alongwith all connected application/s.
