JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER O R D E R 09.04.2026 The instant application has been filed by the petitioner praying for impleadment of the new incumbent, Shri K. Imnajungba Jamir, Engineer- in-Chief, NPWD Nagaland and Er. K. Nikato Assumi, Chief Engineer, PWD (Housing), Nagaland as respondent nos. 5 and 6 respectively in the connected COP(C)/22/2025 as allowed by this Court by Order dated 12.03.2026. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Grace I. Namgi. The case of the petitioner is that during the pendency of the COP(C)/22/2025, the respondent nos. 3 and 4 have since retired and the new incumbents have been transferred in their place. Accordingly, the applicant prays that the respondent no. 3 may be replaced by Shri K. Imnajungba Jamir, Engineer- in-Chief, NPWD Nagaland and respondent no. 4 may be replaced by Er. K. Nikato Assumi, Chief Engineer, PWD (Housing), Nagaland and the new incumbents may be impleaded as respondent nos. 5 and 6 in the COP(C)/22/2025. It is also prayed that the name of respondent no. 1, Shri Page No.# 4/4 Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS may be allowed to be struck off from the Cause Title when the amended Cause Tile is filed. 3. The Court has considered the prayer of the petitioner and the application is allowed. The petitioner/applicant shall file an amended Cause Title showing the name of Shri K. Imnajungba Jamir, Engineer-in- Chief, NPWD Nagaland as respondent no. 5 and Er. K. Nikato Assumi, Chief Engineer, PWD (Housing), Nagaland as respondent no. 6 in COP(C)/22/2025 and thereafter take steps for service on the newly impleaded respondents by Speed Post as well as usual process within one week. 4.
