1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that according to the information of petitioner, post of Assistant Veterinary Assistant Surgeon is vacant at Animal Welfare Board, Raipur, Veterinary Council, Raipur and Dog Shelter Home, Raipur, Labhandi Raipur. 2 therefore, he is not pressing this petition on merits and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to submit fresh representation raising all the grounds as raised in this petition at Para 9.8. He however, submits that as one of child of petitioner is studying in Class- 5th and exams are to be conducted shortly, therefore, till the representation is decided observation be made that no coercive steps shall be taken against petitioner. 2. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to petitioner to submit fresh representation in view of the grounds as pleaded in para-9.8 of the writ petition and if such representation is submitted, concerned authorities shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 3.
