At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per the death certificate dated 09.10.2025 issued by the competent authority the sole appellant Gopal Das Varlyani had died on 22.09.2025 and it has been duly verified by him supported by the death certificate of the appellant annexed therein.
