On 31.07.2025, further time was taken by the petitioner and on 12.01.2026 nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, however, the learned counsel for the respondent no.5 was present. 4. Today, again, on repeated calls, nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner. 5. It transpires that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter, and as such, this writ petition is dismissed.
