JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: "WHEREFORE, the petitioner named above most humbly prays that this Honourable Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR, Complaint and entire chargesheet connection with Crime No.88/2008 by Mangalore East Police for offences under Sections 387, 307, 506, 120(B), 109 R/w 34 of the IPC and Sections 3, 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, now pending in S.C.No.29/2021 on the file of Honourable court of III Addl. District & Sessions Judge, D.K., Mangalore, to meet the ends of justice." The allegation against the petitioner is for the offence punishable under Sections 387, 307, 506, 120(B), 109 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('the IPC' for short) and Sections 3, 25 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act. The matter is committed to the Court of session and it is at the stage of evidence. 2. In the light of the charges being framed against the petitioner, the only order that can be passed is a direction to the concerned Court to expeditiously dispose the proceedings. 4.
