Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that based on the representation made before PGRS (Public Grievance Redressal System) by Respondent Nos.6 & 7, the Petitioner was called for preliminary enquiry, and, in that enquiry, it was noticed that the case is of civil nature. Thereafter Respondent No.4 has not called the Petitioner to the Police Station. 3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
