Present application has been filed against the order dated 05.08.2026 by which applicant's application under section 173(4) B.N.S.S. has been treated as complaint. The order challenged herein does not disclose any illegality. The learned magistrate after perusing the police report and contents of complaint found that the allegation alleged does not require any investigation and treated the application u/s 173(4) B.N.S.S. as complaint.
