The grievance of the petitioner is that despite an official memorandum being issued by the respondent - Tahsildar, Hoskote Taluk at Annexure - B dated 16.07.2024 noticing the fact that the petitioner has paid the arrears of land revenue of Rs.30,713/- and accordingly directions were issued to restore the pada, while removing the name of the Government and further to enter the name of the petitioner's father Mr. Inam Venkataramanappa S/o. Muniyappa in the RTC, no further action has been taken by the respondents. 3. Having regard to the contentions of the petitioner and the official memorandum issued by the respondent - Tahsildar, Hosakote Taluk at Annexure - B dated 16.07.2024, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:16279 WP No. 8147 of 2026 Hosakote Taluk to proceed to remove the name of the Government from the RTC in respect of 36 guntas of land in Sy. No.22/1 of Siddanapura Village, Anugoundanahalli Hobli, Hosakote Taluk, Bangalore Rural District and enter the name of the petitioner's father Mr. Inam Venkataramanappa S/o. Muniyappa in the RTC as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two [2] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Tahsildar shall find out who are the legal heirs of Mr. Inam Venkataramanappa and after satisfying himself, proceed to enter the names of the legal heirs of Mr. Inam Venkataramanappa as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one [1] month thereafter.
