The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No. 280 of 2025, registered under sections 126 (2), 115(2), 352, 351 (2), 118, 109 read with section 3 (5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and informant are agnates and altercation took place due to land dispute and in hit of moment there was free fight between the parties. He next submits that injury has been found to be simple in nature. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that petitioner and informant are agnates and altercation took place due to land dispute and in hit of moment there was free fight between the parties and in that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and the learned court shall release the petitioner on terms and conditions and sureties as learned court deems fit and proper. 6.
