Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.(i)That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allow joining to the petitioner with all consequential benefit immediately, in the interest of justice. 10.(ii) Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was on leave, however, when petitioner again tried to join her place of posting, BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 joining is not accepted, therefore, petitioner submitted representation before respondents No.3 and 4, however, till date no decision has been taken. 3. Learned State counsel submits that representation which is stated to be submitted before respondent No.4 is of the year 2014, petitioner has not submitted any fresh representation. 4. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that nature of grievance as raised in Annexure P-6 is submitted before respondent No.3, however, the appropriate authority to consider the same is Block Education Officer and District Education Officer. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that petitioner has submitted representation before District Education Officer vide Annexure P-4, however, perusal of which would show that it is dated 29.11.2015. 6. In the aforementioned facts of the case this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit fresh representation before District Education Officer and Block Education Officer raising all the grounds as raised in the writ petition and in the event petitioner submits representation, the concerned authorities shall consider and take decision on the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation. 7.
