********** Advocate for Appellant: Mr. N. Jeevan Kumar Advocate(s) for Respondent(s): GP for Industries and Commerce
CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN DATE : 16th February 2026 P C : The present writ appeal has been preferred against the order, dated 15.12.2025, passed in W.P. No.10284 of 2017 whereby based upon the statement made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the writ petition had become infructuous, the writ petition was disposed of as such. In the present writ appeal, it is urged that the statement made was without authority and that no such instructions had been given to the counsel to report to the Court that the same had become infructuous.
2 HCJ & CGR, J W.A. No:150 of 2026
We feel that it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the learned single Judge and work out its remedies before the said Court. The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
