CMP No. 15070 of 2026 By way of present application, an indulgence of this Court has been sought to discharge the guardian of applicants, who were minor at the time of pendency of the present appeal, and now they have attained majority. In order to prove the said fact, copies of Adhar Cards of the applicants have been annexed with the application. In view of above, the application, under consideration, is allowed and natural guardian of applicants/respondents No. 4 to 6 is ordered to be discharged. The application is, thus, disposed of. CMP No. 15071 of 2026 By way of present application, applicants have sought indulgence of this Court to release the amount of compensation, falling to their shares, in the present case. In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicants, the amount of compensation is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants, alongwith up-to-date interest. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank accounts of the applicants, particulars of which have been mentioned in para-4 of the application. The application is, thus, disposed of.
