The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “BNSS”), seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the daughter of the petitioner, who was then a minor. 2. The missing girl was eventually traced and her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS was recorded before the concerned JMFC on This is a digitally signed order.
