The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 142 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are of the same village and the occurrence took place on 04.07.2025, wherein the FIR has been registered on 07.07.2025. He next submits that there are case and counter case between them and both sides have received injuries. On these grounds, he submits that the privilege of anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioners. 4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant have opposed the prayer and they jointly submit that due to altercation, the injury has been received by the informant. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons and further it has been pointed out that the petitioners’ side and the informant are of the same village, however, it is not clear that pursuant to whose blow, the injury has been received by the informant, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners, named above, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty- five thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih, in connection with Jamua P.S.
