Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records of the petitioner for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to the respondent authorities to issue the PPO (Pension Payment Order) in favour of petitioner and settle the final pension of the petitioner and direct the respondents to release PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 the amount of Gratuity and GPF with arrears for delaying the final settlement. 10.3 This Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to the respondent authorities to disburse the entire amount of pensionary benefit with interest 18% per annum. 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit. 10.5 Cost of the petition may also be given. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner while working on the post of Agriculture Development Officer attained the age fo superannuation and retired from service on 30.06.2025. After retirement, petitioner was not being paid retiral dues like pension, gratuity, GPF, for which he has made several request to the authorities and also made representation, lastly vide Annexure P-6, however, till date claim of petitioner has not been considered nor the retiral dues for which he is entitled is disbursed in his favour. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondents No. 1 to 3 to take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission made by leaned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merits of writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh representation, if he so desires and in the event petitioner submits fresh representation, the concerned authorities shall also take decision on the same as observed above. 3 / 3 6.
