ORAL ORDER
1. Shri Sunil Desai, learned counsel accepts notice for respondents.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents.
3. The petitioner was appointed as a Hindi Teacher under Category III-B by order dated 10.10.2025 and was posted to Moraji Desai Residential School, Mulubagilu, Kolar District and he reported to duty on 23.10.2025.
4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite respondent No.2 having addressed a letter dated 02.02.2026 to respondent No.1 requesting issuance of the petitioner’s salary slip (Annexure-E), no action has been taken till date. The petitioner submits that more than three months have lapsed

since he reported to duty, yet the salary slip has not been issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the inaction on part of the respondents in not considering the communication issued by respondent No.2 is arbitrary and has resulted in hardship to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submits that respondent No.1 would consider the letter issued by respondent No.2 in accordance with the law and take appropriate steps for issuance of the salary slip.
7. Having regard to the submission made, and considering that the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary directions are issued to respondent No.1 to consider the said communication dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure-E)

within the time-bound manner. Accordingly, this Court pass the following;
ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. Mandamus is issued directing respondent No.1 to consider the letter dated 02.02.2026 issued by the respondent No.2 (Annexure-E) and to issue the salary slip to the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
