After some hearing, Mr. Bhuwan Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he does not wish to press the present bail application, without prejudice to the petitioner’s rights to approach the Sessions Court after the chargesheet is filed. 2. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission. 3. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the present application, and it is for the learned Sessions Court to consider the proposed application, if filed, on its own merits.
