It is averred in the application that the certified copy of the judgment dated 06.06.2025 was applied on 25.06.2025, and the same was delivered on 03.07.2025. It has also been stated that the applicant, immediately, contacted its counsel in order to procure the certified copy as well as the record. Thereafter, legal opinion was sought so as to determine the future course of action and matter was examined at various levels for the purpose of filing the appeal, and it was decided to challenge the award of the learned Court below. The applicant has further submitted that the delay of 99 days in filing the present appeal is neither intentional nor deliberate, but has occurred on account of bona fide reasons, as stated in the application. The learned counsel for the non-applicants have no objection, in case the present application is allowed. In view of the averments as made in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit and keeping in view the fact that the learned counsel for the non-applicants have no objection, the present application is allowed, and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
