The present Petition has been filed under Section 25(B)(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, read with Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, assailing the Order and Judgment dated 31.07.2025 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in Eviction Petition bearing RC/ARC No. 60/20, titled Sh. Rameshwar Dayal Sharma (since deceased) through his legal heirs and representatives vs. Rashtriya General Mazdoor Union (Regd.).
