1 106-7962-26.odt IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY NAGPUR BENCH AT NAGPUR WRIT PETITION NO. 7962/2026 Bhavbhuti Shikshan Sanstha, Amgaon and others Vs. State of Maharashtra through its Secretary Department of Education and Sport and others Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, Appearances, Court's orders or directions and Registrar's orders Court's or Judge's orders Mr. P.N. Shende, Advocate for petitioners Mrs. K.H. Bhondge, AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 CORAM: ANIL L. PANSARE, AND NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, JJ. DATED : 06.10.2026 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. We have perused the record and gone through the reliefs sought in the present writ petition. Having regard to the nature of the reliefs sought in the present petition, we find that the grievance raised by the petitioners can appropriately be considered and decided by the Grievance Committee constituted pursuant to the order dated 16.06.2026 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1775 of 2026. Since the reliefs sought by the petitioners squarely fall within the jurisdiction of the said Committee, we deem it appropriate to relegate the petitioners to avail the said remedy if so desired. Accordingly, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Grievance Committee, which shall consider and decide the petitioner's grievance, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law. 2 106-7962-26.odt 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions of the parties are kept open. (NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.) (ANIL L. PANSARE, J.) MP Deshpande Signed by: Mr. M.P.
