This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to respondents no. 2 to 5 to ensure an independent, impartial, comprehensive and time bound inquiry into the complaints concerning Gram Panchayat Barora, Block Mauranipur, District Jhansi, preferably by an officer who has not previously dealt with the complaints at the Block Level. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the last complaint made by the petitioners pertains to the year 2024 and the allegations therein contain from the year 2020-21 onwards till about January, 2023. Even the allegations, which have been made in the complaints annexed with the petition, the same are omnibus without apparently any particulars. 3. Filing of Public Interest Litigations of the present nature, seeking purportedly a comprehensive inquiry based on the complaints which are apparently stale made in relation to the allegations of the year 2020-21 and last such complaint has been made in September, 2024, cannot be countenanced. 4. We do not find any reason to entertain the present petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
