The applicant has filed this application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application. The office had raised the objections. The office objections were not removed and the conditional order was passed. As the applicant had failed to remove the office objections, the appeal was dismissed. 3. The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that his file was misplaced and when the file was found, it was found that some office objections were not removed. Thereafter, the applicant was not keeping well and, therefore, there is a delay of 144 days. 4. Considering the reasons given in the application, delay of 144 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur, bearing Account No. 129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978. 2 cao1207.2025 The Registry is directed to restore the appeal at its original stage.
