Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present, this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent No.2 /competent authority and respondent No.2 /competent authority may also be directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest within the specific period as fixed by this Court. Be that as it may, the instant petition is disposed of and liberty is reserved to the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating his grievances to competent authority /respondent No.2 within a period of 45 days. 4. On such representation having been made, the respondent No.2 /competent authority shall decide the same within further period of 120 days from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
