Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the impugned transfer order, the petitioner upon completion of her normal tenure has been transferred to PCDO Jachh, Development Block, Nurpur. He submits that on account of some domestic issues, as the place to which she stands transferred happens to be her native place, it would be difficult for her to join at the said station. Learned Counsel submits that limited prayer of the petitioner is that she be transferred to some other station. 3. In light of the prayer so made, this petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may approach the Authority concerned by way of a representation for her adjustment at some other station within a period of two weeks from today.
