Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Mr. K. Shahi, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impuged final result declarared for subject Hindi dated 28.07.2026 (Annexure No. 11) and same be re-declared after doing appropriate corrections in respect of the questions objection in respect of which was raised by the petitioners. B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impuged result declaration dated 30.06.2026 (Annexure no.1 to this writ petition) issued by the respondent No.2 so far as the Hindi Subject is concerned. C) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to not to go with the elgibility and DV Test/final declaration of the result unless the objections of the petitiners is decide and duly infomed to the petitioners. D) Issue an order or direction be issued for canceling the result published of Hindi Subject dated 30.06.2026 and direct the respondent authority to conduct the re-examination for Hindi Subject. E) Issue a writ, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority to declare Four question Nos. 3,11,12 and 100 as incorrect and also declare 37questions (Annexure No. 12 to this writ petition) as out of syllabus. F) Issue a writ, order or direction be issue by this Hon'ble Court accordingly by deleting the aforesaid questions and declare the result on the remaining questions. G) Issue any other suitable writ order or direction as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. The issue in question has already been settled by the Lucknow Bench of this Court by its judgment dated 28.09.2026 passed in Writ-A No.8055 of 2026 (Seema Gupta And 20 Others vs. State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Secondary Education Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others). 4. Considering the fact that a decision has already been taken by the respondent authorities with respect to Question Nos.3, 11, 12 and 100 of the Hindi question paper of the T.G.T. Examination (Adv. No.01/2022). The respondent authorities may take a decision and proceed with the declaration of result accordingly. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of, accordingly.
