The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Tumakuru Taluk has not taken any action pursuant to the application at Annexure-D given by the petitioner on 05.03.2025. The contention of the petitioner is that out of 23 guntas of land in Sy.No.224/3 of Tumakuru Amanikere Village, Kasaba North Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk an extent of 3.08 guntas belongs to the petitioner's father and while separate numbers or sub-numbers were assigned to the lands belonging to various persons in Sy.No.224/3, the name of the petitioner's father has been left out and no extent of land is shown in favour of the petitioner's father. 3. Having regard to the contentions raised by the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Tumakuru Taluk to consider the representation given by the petitioner issue notice - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:13766 WP No. 13736 of 2025 to all concerned and thereafter pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
