Heard Mr. Om Prakash, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.P.P.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 06.01.2026 passed in Bail Petition No. 388 of 2025, arising out of Pakur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that while the informant was taking rest along with the others, the accused persons had arrived in search of him and co-accused Anjamul Sheikh had thrown a bomb in the house of the informant as a result of which the informant and others had sustained injuries.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the main accused Anjamul Sheikh has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. A. (DB) No. 784 of 2024. It has further been submitted that so far as the appellant is concerned, he has been implicated merely on account of the fact that he was present at the place of occurrence. Learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody

5. Learned A.P.P. though has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant but does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
6. Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the order dated 06.01.2026 passed in Bail Petition No. 388 of 2025, arising out of Pakur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur, direct the appellant to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Pakur.
7. Accordingly, this appeal stands allowed and disposed of.
