Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the record. 2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application on the allegation that the petitioners are running the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the name and style of Haldia Samaj Kalyan Parsad. Now the private respondents are intending to interfere with the activities of the petitioners. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has made a complaint before the Registrar of Firms, Societies and Non- Trading Corporations, West Bengal on 20th January, 2026 which is still pending before the respondent no.3 and till date no action has been taken on the representation submitted by the petitioner. Page 2 3. Considering the above, this Court finds that no purpose will be served by keeping the instant writ petition pending. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 20th January, 2026 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. WPA 2281 of 2026 stands disposed of. 5. All parties shall act on the basis of server copy of this order, duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 6.
